Who Can Register at bet cricket

• Keep your password and login details confidential — any loss resulting from sharing them with others is the member's own responsibility.

• Extended inactivity (over 12 months) may result in the account being marked as dormant, and a small maintenance fee may apply.
• It is recommended to have only one payment method linked to your account, registered in your own name.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not mandatory for small deposits, but it is required to increase withdrawal limits or withdraw larger amounts. Withdrawals may be delayed without completed KYC.

Bet acceptance & settlement rules

• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining legs.
• Bet cricket reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for each market, as well as to adjust bet limits for individual members.

In the event of a dispute over betting results, bet cricket's decision is final. However, members may submit a written request for review within 72 hours of the result being published.

Deposit rules

• Technical Exploitation: Gaining an unfair advantage by exploiting software bugs, incorrect odds, or other technical vulnerabilities.
• Betting on Behalf of a Third Party: Operating betting activity on behalf of another person or a professional syndicate.
• False Information: Opening or operating an account using a false name, age, or identity.

Account closure conditions

Bet cricket may suspend or close a member's account under the circumstances listed below. Members may also voluntarily request account closure.

• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• Submitting false or fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• The member voluntarily requests self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• After an extended period of inactivity (typically 24 months).

If bet cricket closes an account on its own initiative and the member has not been involved in any prohibited activity, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the account is closed at the member's own request, the balance will be returned directly.
